Tort de vara cu piscoturi si capsuni
Va prezint un tort de vara usor si racoros cu piscoturi, budinca si capsuni ca tot e sezonul lor.
Ingrediente
aprox 600-700 gr capsuni
29 buc. piscoturi
1 plic praf de budinca de vanilie
1 plic praf de budinca de capsuni
900 ml lapte
4 linguri zahar
Sirop:
6 linguri sirop de zmeura
250 ml apa
Ornat:
300 ml frisca lichida
9 capsuni mari
Mod de preparare
Pregatim mai intai cele doua budinci. Pentru fiecare budinca in parte folosim 450 ml lapte si 2 linguri de zahar. Fierbem pe rand budincile in doua vase separate si lasam sa se raceasca usor.
Luam o tava de cozonac si o tapetam cu folie alimentara.
Amestecam intr-o farfurie adanca apa si siropul de zmeura, apoi trecem pe rand cate 2 piscoturi prin sirop si le asezam pe fundul tavii.
Peste primul strat de piscoturi punem jumatate din cantitatea de budinca de vanilie. Peste ea asezam jumatati de capsuni, iar peste capsuni turnam jumatate din budinca de capsuni.
Urmeaza al doilea strat de piscoturi insiropate peste care urmeaza la fel: budinca de vanilie, capsuni si budinca de capsuni. Deasupra punem ultimul strat de piscoturi. Eu ultimul strat l-am pus invers.
Acoperim cu folie alimentara si dam la frigider minim 3 ore. Eu am lasat pana a doua zi.
Scoatem din frigider si rasturnam pe un platou.
Frisca rece o mixam cu mixerul pana se intareste.
Ungem tortul de jur imprejur si deasupra cu frisca. Lasam cateva linguri pentru ornat.
Ornam cu moturi de frisca si cu jumatati de capsuni.
Un tort de vara usor si gustos pe care vi-l recomand cu drag.
